Just a quick follow up to my previous about my encounter with Miami Springs PD . I was out on the Lario's ride this morning and during the warm up I hear two of the guys behind me talking about riding in Miami Springs. He mentions how he's been stopped on a 2 lane divided road (2 lanes in each direction) for obstructing traffic when there hasn't been a car around and even if there was, it would've had another lane.
